A NNN (Triple Net) Net Leased Investment is when the property is purchased by the investor and leased back to a single tenant occupant who guarantees the rent. Also called ‘sale-leasebacks', all building and management operating expenses are the obligation of the tenant - including taxes, insurance and maintenance. The owner enjoys income ‘net, net, net’ of these costs making the investment completely hands-free.
